Andi Rahman is the founder and a cassava expert who established BOSSTANI in 2017 in Bogor. With his expertise in cassava processing, Andi Rahman positioned his company to focus on the production of tapioca flour and other cassava-based derivative products through the business unit, Bogor Cassava Center.

He chose Bogor as the production center because the region offers cassava of unique and superior quality compared to other areas, resulting in flour with distinct characteristics and high market value. Thanks to his commitment to quality and innovation, BOSSTANI’s tapioca flour products gained significant market trust in just two years.
